Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR Initiatives: Assist in the implementation and management of HR strategies, policies, and programs.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
- Business Development: Assist in developing strategies to attract and retain clients and support the execution of business development plans.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR and Business Development teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The candidate must have minimum knowledge or experience in bringing the clients from the global market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
